
John Moran - Chairman
John is non executive Chairman of Liverpool and Sefton Health Partnership. He is a banker by profession having held senior positions with Nat West and RBS. John provides consultancy services to a range of businesses and is also non executive director at Fsquared, a social regeneration consultancy and a Director and Trustee of the Liverpool based Charity, Liverpool Habitat for Humanity.
Graham Pink - Chief Executive
Graham joined Liverpool and Sefton Health Partnership as Chief Executive in October 2006 from Liverpool Land Development Company where he held the position of Project Director. Graham's background is in regeneration, overseeing projects across the city of Liverpool including the award winning Speke Garston regeneration. Before this he worked for consultant WS Atkins and helped deliver some of the first pathfinder PFI hospital developments.
John Garrett - Director
John is the Primary Care Trusts representative on the Board. He operates on behalf of Liverpool and Sefton PCTs in his capacity as the PCTs LIFT representative but he also is responsible for delivering the Out of Hospital Strategy for Liverpool PCT.
Humphrey Claxton - Director
Humphrey is the Community Health Partnerships representative on the Board. In addition to working for CHP, he has his own management consultancy firm, Metamorphis. He has previously held positions in industry and with Government Office for the North West.
Adrian Sellers - Director
Adrian joined the Board in 2007 when Alan Flood resigned. He is Galliford Try's representative and has over 30 years experience in project sales and development.
Martin Pugh - Director
Martin represents Bilfinger Berger Project Investments where he holds the position of Managing Director and is responsible for all of its UK and Ireland PPP investments.
David Acklam - Director
David is Assura's representative on the Board. He has been involved in LIFT since 2004 and is involved in all of gbConsortium's LIFT projects. He is an experienced operator in PFI and PPP type contractual arrangements.
Elaine Siew - Director of Finance
Elaine is Managing Director of Assura LIFT, and she manages the LIFT teams based in Birmingham and London, which provide support and central services to all five gbConsortium's LIFT companies. Elaine is a qualified accountant and before taking up her current role, worked in private practice.
