Our structure is one of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the private sector holding a 60% shareholding and the public sector the remaining 40%.
The 60% private sector shareholding is held by the gbConsortium made up of Assura Group, Galliford Try, Bilfinger Berger and Sapphire Primary Care. The 40% public sector shareholding is held by the two PCTs and Community Health Partnerships (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Department of Health). Liverpool and Sefton Health Partnership is a forward thinking organisation able to adapt to the need of our clients. We are service led and customer driven and the LIFT model offers distinct advantages against other potential models of asset procurement in terms of value for money, understanding your business, delivering holistic property solutions, speed of delivery, continuous improvement and providing support to your organisation.
The company is directed by the Strategic Partnering Board which consists of members of the client group namely; Sefton PCT, Liverpool PCT, Liverpool City Council, Sefton Metropolitan Council, Mersey Care and North West Ambulance Trust.
