About Us | Our Vision
Liverpool and Sefton Health Partnership's vision is to deliver first class 21st century primary care and social care facilities to address the health and social care needs of the populations of Liverpool and Sefton.
It will do this by working in partnership with the PCTs, local authorities, Mersey Care, the North West Ambulance Service, the acute sector and, where appropriate, the third sector. Partnership is important and must be built on trust, LSHP will gain the trust of its client group and align its goals with the goals of its clients.
In so doing our aim is to continue to be the partner of choice for the delivery of new primary and social care facilities for our clients.
