New Reception for Arthouse Square
The entrance to the Headquarters of Liverpool Primary Care Trust has undergone a facelift.
The scheme at Arthouse Square incorporated minor alterations throughout the building but primarily focused on providing a more secure, functional and accessible Reception Area. Office accommodation at Ground Floor level was refurbished to provide the new Reception with adjacent Meeting Rooms and Store Room. The area where Reception had previously been was used to provide an additional Store Room.
Internal and external re-decoration was also undertaken along with improvements to the operation of building services such as providing PIR sensors to lighting, ventilation repairs and improvements, and improvements to lighting provision in common areas.
Value for money was a key requirement on the scheme which was delivered to a high aesthetic standard and within designated timescales. Practical completion of the works was achieved in May 2008.
The new reception area provides a warm and welcoming entrance to the PCT HQ building, and has been highly praised by staff and visitors alike.
