Picton Neighbourhood Health & Children's Centre Highly Commended at NW RICS Awards
Liverpool and Sefton Health Partnership and Galliford Try are thrilled to announce that Picton Neighbourhood Health and Children’s Centre was Highly Commended for its achievement in providing a local community facility at the recent North West RICS Awards.
This award category honours outstanding achievements in providing community facilities for a single or group of buildings. Judges identified evidence of positive local community feedback, improvements to local landscape/ streetscape and high levels of public access to the scheme.
Graham Pink, Chief Executive of Liverpool & Sefton Health Partnership said "we are delighted that the facility at Picton has been highly commended for the impact it has had on the local area. The centre has become a central part of the community, and we provide a wide range of services to the local residents, that previously were not provided in the area. The inclusion of the SureStart Children's Centre means that healthcare is now more accessible for parents with young children."
